Free survey and quotation
We visit, measure the roof and assess the existing deck. Fixed-price quotation — usually same day.
Strip the old roof
All existing felt and failed material stripped back to the timber deck. Every board inspected.
Deck repair
Rotten or damaged boards replaced. Correct falls ensured for water drainage.
EPDM installation
Membrane laid, bonded and detailed around all edges and outlets.
30-year warranty
We clean up and issue your 30-year materials and labour warranty.
