Root cause survey
We identify whether the mould is caused by condensation, rising damp, penetrating damp or structural issues. Wrong diagnosis leads to mould coming back.
Safe mould removal
Using health-safe biocidal treatments, we kill and remove the mould from all affected surfaces. We use HEPA-filter equipment to contain spores.
Root cause treatment
We treat the underlying cause — whether that's condensation, damp proofing, ventilation or other works.
Prevention system
Where condensation is the cause, we may recommend PIV ventilation units or DMEV vents to prevent recurrence permanently.
